PetSuppliesClub.com customers may choose shipping options at the time of purchase on PetSuppliesClub.com. Customers will be advised about the estimated shipping delivery timeline.PetSuppliesClub.com also offers free shipping on some products.  Free Shipping Eligible products offer may end at any time as deemed necessary by the company. Customers may choose to get expedited delivery and will be liable for all charges in making expedited shipping choice.

PetSuppliesClub.com will ensure the best effort to source products on time for customers, however in some situations due to product unavailability or backorder situation product delivery might take up to 1 to 3 weeks. PetSuppliesClub.com will ensure customer is informed about any such delays.  Customers may choose to cancel the order due to delayed availability within 24 hours of order confirmation email.

Other charges will apply for expedited shipping, oversized items, and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico and Canada.

PetSuppliesClub.com partners with UPS® for most of its small package shipment services (Other carriers like FEDEX, USPS may also be used as needed). Expedited shipping deliveries timeframes are best estimates based on typical shipments and are not guaranteed. PetSuppliesClub.com is not liable for any packages not delivered within the specified timeframe resulting from unforeseen carrier delays, as it has no control over the carrier’s logistics. Customers may log in to their account to view tracking information and obtain the latest updates on their shipment delivery. Alternatively, they may call UPS Customer Service. We will try to ship an item in a box that most closely matches product dimensions to keep shipping charges as low as possible.

As mentioned above all orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise shipped using any other carrier. Per UPS regulations we ship all packages using their actual weight unless the dimensional weight is heavier. UPS may also charge Oversize handling fees if the shipment exceeds certain sizes.

All UPS shipments are insured up to $100 by default. If you require more insurance then that you must request that we declare the entire value of the order. UPS insurance rates are $0.80 for each $100.00 (or portion of $100.00) of the total value declared, with a minimum charge of $2.70. Please note that any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit in which we were not asked to declare value can only be credited up to $100.

Unlike UPS, USPS by default does not include any insurance on their shipments. We are not able to file lost or damage package claims unless you specifically ask us to insure your USPS shipment. If you do not request that we purchase insurance on a USPS shipment and that package is lost or damaged in shipment we will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping. Insurance Rates for USPS are $.90 per $100 in shipment value. For example, a customer insuring domestic package valued at $100.00 would pay a rate of $0.90. If the package were valued at $100.01, this customer would pay $1.80 ($0.90 x 2).

If an order is lost or damaged in transit by UPS or USPS (insured packages) we will have to file a lost package tracer with the carrier. Lost package tracers can take between 7-10 business days to be completed. The carrier will contact the consignee regarding the missing shipment during the investigation. Lost package tracers can result in the package being located or not, in which case we will be reimbursed for the cost of the item + shipping. At this point, we will issue a credit. Items shipped without declared value can only be credited up to $100. Please notify us of any such situation by sending an email at info@petsupplieslcub.com . Please be sure to include order information in your email.

Orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time in order to be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will not be processed for shipment the same day. Placing an order before 2:00 p.m. does not guarantee the shipment will be ready to ship the same day. Customers placing orders with expedited shipping may be notified via phone or email if their orders are unable to ship the same day for any reason, including backorder delay.

All goods are inspected and packaged carefully by PetSuppliesClub.com (or PetSuppliesClub.com partner distributors) team prior to shipping. If the merchandise arrives in a damaged condition, please notify PetSuppliesClub.com team within 7 days of product receipt so that we may rectify the situation in a timely fashion. When signing for receipt of goods, all visible damage must be indicated on the carrier delivery receipt so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.

PetSuppliesClub.com prides itself on maintaining an extensive inventory at its domestic warehouses. However, a variety of circumstances may delay product delivery, and PetSuppliesClub.com assumes no responsibility or liability for unforeseen delays in making delivery. Our company reserves the right to make partial shipments on an order and invoice a customer for the portion shipped. Customers will always be notified of extended backorder delays affecting their order.

Food Products

PetSuppliesClub.com sells pet food products through "PetSuppliesClub.com ". We sell high quality food products and treats from leading brands, however any health issues caused by use of these food products or treats are manufacturer responsibility. PetSuppliesClub.com has no liability in any such circumstances where an allergy/health issues are caused by food products sold at PetSuppliesClub.com.

Return Policy

PetSuppliesClub.com is committed to accommodate the returns for whatever reason in a quick and convenient way. Customers may choose to return the unused merchandise items within 30 days of receiving the delivery. Merchandise credits and refunds will be issued for the original purchase price per invoice once the item(s) are received and processed.

Please note that the merchandise must be unused and in 100% restock able condition, in its original packaging, with all applicable components included. Items that have been opened or damaged, or show visible signs of use, may be denied a refund. PetSuppliesClub.com reserves the right to deny return requests at our discretion. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred for return and refund situation.

Litter Kwitter products, Piddle Place and Doggles products are eligible for return and don’t qualify for credit.

Note: Please contact our sales team before returning any items. Original shipping fees are not refundable. The following items are also not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or Processed items
  • Special/Food Products
  • Items with expiration dates

Refund Policy

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of invoice price. Average processing time to refund your payment depends on your payment method (Credit Card: 3 to 5 business days, Check: 10 to 14 business days, PayPal: 3 to 5 business days). Shipping charges will be incurred to accommodate any returns.

Customer Accounts

PetSuppliesClub.com may assign you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use the website. Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of these stated policies. Customers are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you.

 Repeat Orders

Customers can choose products to be scheduled for repeat delivery on checkout page. Pet Supplies Club has automatic authorization to run the credit card for all customers who have ordered “repeat delivery” on the scheduled delivery date.  Once opted in for repeat delivery, customers can cancel this service any time after second order. 

Deal of the Day

Pet Supplies Club advertises deals on its website and have the right to cancel the deals at any given time without advanced notice. These offers can be of multiple types such as “free shipping on some brands”, “Additional discount for limited time” etc..  Pet supplies club will calculate the applicable discounts as advertised in check out process, however if you ever feel that eligible discounts have not been applied then please contact us at info@petsuppliesclub.com
